Creamy, dreamy tartlets or mini tarts with a smooth mango filling and a crown of fresh mango — elegant enough for a party, easy enough for a weeknight. The mango filling gets its flavor and sunny color from Nano Turmeric, our nano-formulated curcumin made for enhanced absorption, which tastes like sweet mango with no earthy notes at all. The filling is no-bake; use store-bought tart shells to keep it simple.
Why this recipe works
A quick mango cream — cream cheese and whipped cream folded with mango puree — sets up smooth and sliceable in the fridge, no custard-cooking required. Nano Turmeric boosts the mango flavor and folds in enhanced-absorption curcumin, and crisp pre-made tart shells mean you can go from bowl to beautiful in under half an hour of hands-on time.
Ingredients (makes 6 tartlets)
- 6 pre-made tartlets shells (or one pre-baked 9-inch crust)
Mango cream
- 1 cup mango puree
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cold heavy cream
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 sachet Nano Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
- 1 cup diced or thinly sliced fresh mango
- Optional: fresh mint, lime zest
Instructions
- Beat the base. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, Nano Turmeric, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the mango. Beat in the mango puree until fully combined.
- Fold in cream. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold it into the mango mixture.
- Fill. Spoon or pipe the filling into the tart shells.
- Chill. Refrigerate 1–2 hours, until set.
- Top. Arrange fresh mango on top like petals and finish with mint or lime zest.
Tips & variations
- Pretty finish: Pipe the filling with a star tip for a bakery look.
- Ripe fruit: Use ripe mango for the topping so it's sweet and juicy.
- From scratch: Swap in a homemade graham or shortbread crust if you like.
- Make ahead: Keeps up to 2 days chilled; add the fresh mango topping close to serving.
The OurJrney difference
Nano Turmeric is formulated for enhanced absorption, so more of what you eat is actually usable by your body — no piperine needed. Because it tastes like sweet mango, it shines in a fruit-forward dessert like these tarts — a pretty treat that helps support joint comfort and your body's healthy inflammatory response.
