Instant, no-churn "ice cream" that tastes like pure mango sunshine — blended from frozen fruit in about five minutes. The tropical flavor gets a boost from Nano Turmeric, our nano-formulated curcumin made for enhanced absorption, which tastes like sweet mango with no earthy notes at all. No ice cream maker, no added cream needed.
Why this recipe works
Frozen mango and banana blend into a thick, creamy soft-serve texture all on their own — the banana adds body while the mango keeps it bright. Nano Turmeric deepens that mango flavor and folds in enhanced-absorption curcumin, and a spoonful of yogurt makes it extra smooth. It's dessert that's really just blended fruit.
Ingredients (makes 2)
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 sachet Nano Turmeric
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or coconut milk)
- 2–3 tbsp milk of choice, as needed
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Blend. Add the frozen mango, banana, Nano Turmeric, and yogurt to a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Thicken. Blend, adding milk 1 tablespoon at a time and scraping down the sides, until it turns into thick, smooth soft-serve.
- Serve. Scoop and serve immediately, or freeze for 30 minutes for a firmer, scoopable texture.
Tips & variations
- Thickest texture: A food processor gives the best soft-serve consistency.
- Serve right away: It's creamiest straight from the blender.
- Top it: Coconut flakes, granola, or fresh fruit finish it beautifully.
- Dairy-free: Use coconut milk and coconut yogurt.
The OurJrney difference
Nano Turmeric is formulated for enhanced absorption, so more of what you eat is actually usable by your body — no piperine needed. Because it tastes like sweet mango, it belongs in a frozen treat like this — a creamy dessert that helps support joint comfort and your body's healthy inflammatory response.
