Mango Tiramisu

Mango Tiramisu

A tropical, coffee-free take on tiramisu — mango-soaked ladyfingers layered with cloud-soft mascarpone cream. The mango flavor gets a boost from Nano Turmeric, our nano-formulated curcumin made for enhanced absorption, which tastes like sweet mango with no earthy notes at all. It's no-bake and make-ahead, so it's an easy showstopper for warm-weather gatherings.

Why this recipe works

Classic tiramisu soaks ladyfingers in coffee; here, a bright mango puree does the job for a fresh, fruity twist. Nano Turmeric deepens the mango flavor and folds in enhanced-absorption curcumin, while a mascarpone-and-whipped-cream layer stays light and airy. A few hours in the fridge lets everything set into clean, sliceable layers.

Ingredients (makes 6–8 servings)

Mango soak

  • 1 cup mango puree (about 2 ripe mangoes, or store-bought)
  • 1 sachet Nano Turmeric
  • 2 tbsp orange juice

Mascarpone cream

  • 8 oz mascarpone, softened
  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

To assemble

  • 1 package (about 7 oz) ladyfingers
  • 1 cup diced fresh mango
  • Optional: shredded coconut or lime zest, to finish

Instructions

  1. Make the soak. Whisk the mango puree, Nano Turmeric, and orange juice together until smooth.
  2. Make the cream. Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks. In a separate bowl, beat the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then gently fold in the whipped cream.
  3. Layer. Briefly dip the ladyfingers in the mango puree (a quick dip — don't let them get soggy) and line the bottom of a dish.
  4. Build. Spread on half the mascarpone cream and scatter half the diced mango. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers, cream, and mango.
  5. Chill. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or overnight, until set.
  6. Finish. Top with fresh diced mango and a little shredded coconut or lime zest before serving.

Tips & variations

  • Use ripe mangoes: The riper the fruit, the sweeter the soak (thawed frozen mango works too).
  • Individual cups: Layer in glasses for a pretty single-serve presentation.
  • Make ahead: Overnight in the fridge gives the cleanest layers and best flavor.
  • Dairy-free: Use a plant-based mascarpone and whippable coconut cream.

The OurJrney difference
